Can I return a product purchased online?
Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery or collection of the product.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions.
General Return Conditions
Products must be:
returned in the same condition in which they were delivered
unused, unworn and unwashed
intact and free from any signs of wear or damage
complete with original packaging, dust bag (if provided), and accessories
returned with all original tags attached
If present, the security tag must not be removed, broken, or tampered with.
Category-Specific Conditions
Shoes
Shoes may be tried on indoors only.
Returns will not be accepted if the soles show signs of wear, scratches, abrasions, or any alterations resulting from outdoor use.
Clothing
Garments must not show stains, odors, signs of wear, or any alterations. All original tags must remain attached.
Bags
Bags must be returned in perfect condition, free from scratches, marks, or deformation, and complete with original packaging and dust bag (if provided).
Accessories (hats, headbands, hair accessories, and small accessories)
Accessories must be returned intact, unworn, and free from any signs of use, alteration, or damage. They must include original packaging and all attached tags.
For hygiene reasons, returns of accessories showing evident signs of use or contact cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method selected at checkout.
How do I ship my return if I am registered in My Account?
If you are registered in your My Account area, you must first contact us before shipping your return.

Is the return free?

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return package, we will verify the condition and integrity of the items before accepting the return and authorizing the refund.
The inspection process usually takes approximately 7 days.
The refund will be issued to the same credit card or payment method used for the original purchase, in the same currency.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been authorized.
